Breastfeeding Strike Anywhere

As refer to my previous post, I decided to mix feed due to breastfeeding outside, I'am having a hard time to breastfeed Kean in a public places. Well, I know its should not matter at all for a mom like me who has a hungry baby even anywhere. I know , I know, and I'm proud that I have great supply of milk for Kean. I think not only me who feels the same way, Lets admit it, not all the mall in manila are having a good and neat breastfeeding station, not all mall have enough number of breastfeeding station. What if the breastfeeding station in mall locates at the left end part of mall and at that time when you and your baby is already at the right end of the mall? do you think, you still have enough time to go that breastfeeding station without your baby crying because he/she already hungry? well strikes anywhere, just have your nursing cover and good sides and place viola start breastfeeding. Yes, indeed, I even experience one time when we are still EBF, i check some fitting room if its available and so then I went inside with my stroller and kean on it and start breastfeed. haha. I don't care when someone is waiting outside, my baby is hungry. Bad!! Lol

Yes I admit, not all the time Kean love to drink his FM,sometimes even  he already finished a bottle when were outside, then he wants more, next he doesn't like the FM already, he wants to latch direct to my boobies, well, as if I can do anything about it? I don't have any choice but give my baby what he wants, anytime, anywhere...

I remember, when we are at the mall, SM North Edsa, The Block to be exact, we visit the Baby Company store, I already feel the hardness of my boobies for Kean didn't latch for how many hours already. Then while checking some stuff, I says "my boobies already hurt!" then one of the sales lady heard me and says, "mam, do you want to breastfeed your baby, i know how hard it is, I'll give you chair on that corner and do the thing.." then i says, wow really, yes can I? I love too, I always bring my cover with me everytime I go outside with kean, even its not too far nor not too long, Nursing Cover is the number 1 thing on my bag.

Being a mom is somehow a job that never get paid but makes you happy everyday. will never have salary increased but you will have more love to share. It's not how much you earn but how much love and care you give to your child.

Avent Tempo

Kean already use the Avent Tempo disposable cups given by a friend. haha of course change nips to pigeon.

Regarding this Avent Tempo, their a leak i dont know if because the cups are quite deform already when we use it or either because we change the nipples of avent either way around, i know its should not have leaks like that.

5in1 vaccine in Health Center

2nd shot of 5in1 vaccine and we decided to try it at the Health Center in our place. and this is the first time that Kean got sick after a vaccine. He never got sick even the first time he got a shot. Yes, its free and I know its our rights to get the free vaccine for our babies from the government, but the way they vaccine the babies is way different in our pedia or private. The nurse in the center just give it a shot directly on the legs while holding in tightly even we are standing, but in a private our pedia, they will lay down Kean and ask help from the secretary and then will give a shot , yes Kean would cry but just a bit after that he will stop and smile and never get sick, but in Health Center after he got shot he cry and cry and cry until we reach our home he stop for a while then he cried again, then after a few hours  I felt that he is already hot. Oh my, I don't know maybe its just normal, yes there will always be a chance for babies to get sick every time they will received a shot but as a mom I feel so bothered about it, going back to center for the 3rd and final shot of 5in1? i don't know maybe yes and maybe not.

That photos taken same day he got vaccine from center , we need to visit our pedia for his rotavirus that is not available in health center. He looks happy already and not sick but sometimes he will be hot and his temp will just reach 36.6-37.6 but our pedia says only give Tempra if the temp reach 37.8 but as a mom again, haha dont feel ok so I gave him tempra 0.6 around 37 temp haha. and he feels ok then.

Even he is sick Kean still looks a very happy baby. Love you Kean.Please Get well soon baby.

Kean's 4th Month

Another month for my baby kean, Anak, you grow older for another month and mama kinda teary eye. haha. drama! lol You are such cute baby that growing so fast. You hit 4th month this time and I know you will discover more things in your life. I hope as you grow old, we will stay close as today, i can still kiss and hug you in public. Please don't take away that chance from me to cuddle you every moment of my life, even you already a man in the future, I hope you still kiss and hug mama just like you are doing today.  I Love you anak. Happy 4th Month! I will never ever get tired taking care of you..

Offer to Padre Pio

March 04, when I ask to go back to Padre Pio to give thanks for answered prayer. For making us safe all through out my pregnancy with Kean. After a tragic lost with Mackenzie I wanted to be more safe and 1000%careful with Kean. If I have enough time and If I still can travel during that time I always wanted to visit Padre Pio to make petition for our Family and giving thanks to all the graces and blessings that God and him are giving us.

When I checked outside, I saw this statute of Padre Pio that full of thousand rosary around him, when I read the the notice, those are the rosary that offered by so many people for an answered prayers. Wow, I know Padre Pio miraculous indeed. He answered so many prayers when he knew that its going to be good for that person.

Then I decided to offer my pretty rosary that I made to order on one of the online selling shop. Since then that is the rosary i used every night, and at the church.having kean healthy is really an answered prayer for me. Thank you Padre Pio. I will always have faith.
